Oasis started the way most good things do, not in a boardroom, but in a real conversation between two people who had each spent years figuring out their craft.
Dave had nearly two decades in luxury transportation. He knew the vendors, the expectations, the difference between a company that looks polished and one that actually is. His co-founder, Kenny, had spent that same time building...literally. A fourth-generation Las Vegas native who started on job sites as a teenager, and eventually grew Thomason Construction Inc. and Dignity Plumbing into eight-figure businesses.
Different industry, same lesson: none of it works without the right systems and the right people.
They met on a football sideline. By the end of the conversation, the idea was already taking shape.
Oasis is the result of that partnership, two founders who are genuinely strong in different areas, building something neither could have done alone. Dave brings the industry relationships and the hard-won intuition that comes with twenty years in the room. Kenny brings the operational backbone that turns a great idea into a great company.
